STANDARD CONSULTATION

Fees are payable on the day, at the time of consultation.
Sessions longer than 50 minutes are charged on a pro-rata basis.
All card transactions attract a 0.70% merchant fee.
MEDICARE
Mental Health Care Plan rebate
You do not necessarily need a referral to attend, however many clients are eligible to obtain a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from their GP, or a referral from their Psychiatrist.
With a MHCP or referral, you'll receive a Medicare rebate of $149.05* for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. I process the rebate for you at the end of your appointment.
*The rebate increases once you've reached your annual Medicare cap.
PRIVATE
Without a Mental Health Care Plan
Without a MHCP you're considered a private patient. If your private health insurance includes psychological services in extras cover, you may be eligible for a partial rebate. I recommend contacting your individual insurance provider to confirm your coverage.

Cancellations & Failure to Attend
If you're unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Due to the amount of time allocated for your consultation and the number of clients typically waiting for an appointment, cancellations received with less than one full business day's notice or failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment will be billed at the standard consultation rate.
