MY APPROACH
My approach is to work collaboratively with my clients to assist them to discover what they really want out of life and to gain freedom from what holds them back. SPORT & HIGH PERFORMANCE
Complementing my focus on sport and high performance I am also a qualified personal trainer and fitness coach (Cert III & IV in Fitness).
